obě funkce budou měnit text na cedulce a vracet boolean. Pokud se akce zdaří bude hodnota true a pokud ne hodnota false.

funkce editSignLine() bude mít parametry Location, int a String a bude měnit pouze jednu linku najednou

funkce editSign() bude mít parametry Location a 4x String a bude měnit všechny linky najednou

Obě funkce budou v classe signTools
